Guts Early Learning Preschool:
Our preschool provides a God-centered, hands-on learning experience for children ages 3 months through Pre-K. Preschool is a child’s first experience in a structured setting with teachers and groups of children. Students participate in art, music, and monthly Chapel services. Preschool classes are designed to provide students with social, emotional, spiritual and physical development along with promoting language and cognitive skills. Your child will get to know God through daily bible stories, worship songs and scripture memorization. The Word of God will be planted in the hearts of our littlest learners.

Elementary:
Our Elementary Program is an education model that incorporates a solid classroom experience partnered with independent homeschooling for children in grades Kindergarten through 2nd. Our Elementary model provides alternative learning opportunities to families in Tulsa and surrounding communities. Students attend school three days per week, and are provided materials to continue their education at home the remaining two weekdays. Hybrid learning such as this is an effective model of teaching that provides families the opportunity to learn and grow together. Parents partner with our teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.
Our 1st and 2nd grade students are part of a combination classroom. Students in combination classes retain their respective grade-level assignments and receive appropriate grade-specific curriculum. A Christ-centered curriculum, social interaction, structured classroom learning and homeschooling work together to provide students with a well rounded learning experience.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
Student drop-off opens at 8:55am and pickup closes at 2:05pm. Only pre-approved adults are permitted to pick up a student.
MEALS
Students bring their own lunch and water bottle with them each day.
We will provide a morning snack.
REST TIME
Students in classes 1A – 3B will have a nap/rest time after lunch each day. Students in our PreK, Kindergarten, and 1st/2nd Grade classes will not have a rest time.
ILLNESS
Please notify the Director if your child will not be attending due to illness.
Please keep your child home if any of these symptoms apply:
- • Has a fever or has had one within 24 hrs
• Has a cold that is less than 4 days old
• Heavy runny nose or constant cough
• Has vomited or had diarrhea in the last 24 hrs
• Has any symptoms of a possible communicable disease
Teachers cannot administer medication of any kind.
DISCIPLINE
We believe that the best way to help a child is by rewarding positive behavior. When a child misbehaves, the teacher will redirect the child. If the behavior continues, the student may be placed in time out. Every effort is made to reassure the child that they are loved even though their behavior was not appropriate.
Due to the risk of the spread of infection, we are not able to let a child remain in school if he/she bites another child more than 3 times.
